Runjian College, founded in 2016, affiliated to Runjian Co., Ltd, which dedicated on talent development and training. They focused on industry personnel training, learning customers’ needs, combing the forefront of training theory with the practice in industry, meeting customized demand in the training program design and development, performance improvement, structured on-the-job training, training evaluation and task analysis

The orientation of the College
(1) Co-ordinate the overall learning and development strategy of the company and guide the construction of training system in various regions.
(2) Providing professional skills training and training counseling for the company's business and delivery departments
(3) Designing feasible schemes to enhance the ability development of personnel in key positions of the company in order to realize the talent reserve.
(4) Focus on future needs, explore business models, and help the company's long-term development

College Idea

In the future, it will focus on the development of enterprises in the field of management competency enhancement, leadership development and training ecological system construction. Runjian college has developed special learning project for new employee for training bases in various provinces. It helps all levels of units to effectively train the new employee.

Senior leadership development is an advanced learning program in the college training system. We have also launched the Comprehensive Promotion Plan for Leadership Development.

External Training-University-Corporate Joint Training

RunJian college set up joint training courses with universities to train students in specialized technical skills, improving student skills in short term with theory and practice.

Runjian college provide industry technical trainings to improve employee tech-skills for operator clients. Our aim is to promote employee skills specially in telecom construction and telecom maintenance.
